There may be times when a handful of sessions will be enough to address your immediate issues. More frequently though, it could take several sessions, anywhere from eight to twenty sessions--depending on a couple's unique situation. Booking an initial single session is advised before making that commitment. Package rates will depend on the quantity of sessions booked.
