Booking Terms & Agreement

By booking a session with The Talk Pub, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age and Status Requirements 

All workshops across The Talk Pub, Heart-to-Heart Talks, and Parenting Real Talk are open only to adults. By booking a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Division-Specific Requirements:

• The Talk Pub: Designed for single adults. By booking, you confirm that you are currently single.
• Heart-to-Heart Talks: Designed for couples in a committed relationship. Partners may be married or unmarried, heterosexual or same-sex. Attendance requires both partners to be present. 
• Parenting Real Talk: Designed for couples, single parents, or legal guardians raising children

2. Nature & Purpose of the Heartlab
Our heartlabs are designed to spark reflection, clarity, and meaningful connection through guided conversation and shared experience. They’re structured to support personal growth and relational insight—they’re not therapy and not a replacement for medical or mental-health care.
 

3. Group Setting & Trust

Our events take place in a shared space where real talk is welcome—but always optional. We ask that everyone come with respect and a willingness to listen. To help everyone feel comfortable being open, we’ll ask you to agree to a simple trust commitment upon arrival. While we strive to protect everyone’s privacy, full confidentiality can’t be guaranteed in any group setting. 

4. Respect & Safety
We’re committed to keeping the space inclusive, grounded, and respectful. Disruptive behavior or violations of group boundaries may result in removal from the session without refund.  
 

5. Bookings, Cancellations & Transfers 

All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else by notifying us at least 48 hours before the session. If we need to change the date, time, or venue for any reason, we’ll offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
 

6. Photography & Documentation
We may take general photos or video to capture the atmosphere and spirit of the evening. By joining, you agree to be part of this visual storytelling. If you’d prefer not to appear in any documentation, just let us know at check-in—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
 

7. Data Privacy
Your personal information is handled with care and in compliance with applicable data‑privacy laws. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
