We do our best to post our heartlab schedules a couple of months in advance. That said, we know life throws curveballs, and even if you book early, your plans can suddenly change. Which is why we’ve built some flexibility into our bookings.
Here’s how it works:
- If you book early and later find out you can’t attend, just let us know at least 7 days before the heartlab, and we’ll give you a full credit for the amount you paid. That credit is valid for 6 months and can be used for any of our heartlabs—for singles, couples, or parents. And the credit is fully transferrable to someone else.
- If your plans change less than 7 days before, you’re still welcome to send someone else in your place. Just let us know at least 48 hours before the heartlab, and we’ll update the guest list. No credit is available in this timeframe.
We hope these flexible options give you the confidence to reserve your spot early and adjust later if needed, once your schedule becomes clearer.
