Your children are learning from more than what you say—they’re absorbing who you are. In this heartlab, we hold up the mirror in a safe, playful, and insightful way. Discover the beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns you’ve inherited (and sometimes unknowingly pass on). It also sheds light on “modeling,” how children often learn more from your behavior than from what you overtly teach them. You’ll walk away seeing yourself with fresh eyes, equipped with real, doable ways to express love and leadership through your everyday actions. 💛 🗝️
